USA RULES HOCKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ummmm Mikey, the Americans DIDN'T win,the Canadians DID it for them

I don't know why some Canadians are upset about the loss to an "American" team. There are 19 Canadian players on the Ducks, the highest number of Canadians on any NHL team. The cup will spend more time in Canada now than it would have if the Sens won... :D

Yea, yea, yea, I heard that last year, and the years before.

Ya'll come up with more excuses than Pee Wee Herman.................

Are the Ducks a USA Franchise or not?

JUDYYY...was there anymore room at the Pickton place????? :D

I think there is lots of room, however the pigs have long since gone to market. You may have to dress Mikey up in some fancy clothing and make-up or he will not look like any of the ladies that visited the farm.

The coaching staff and general manager are Canadian, I wouldn't be suprised if ownership is Canadian as well. If not now, as the US dollar falls to Peso status probably lots of teams down there will be Canadian owned.

Then maybe they should move the ducks to Fort St. john. boy just think of all the money the team would make then

Never happen, if the dollar ever got that low we would just invade a ultra liberal nation with no defense, cuz we would want to save money on bullets.

Anyone who knows hockey knows where the majority of the better players are coming from. What suprised me was how defensive some of the canadians have got over this little deal. The sad part of this is that as poorly as the NHL is doing in the US it will not be long and we will be calling all of it the CHL. alot of the games during the tourney were not even televised on regular TV in MN which has a big hockey following.
It saddens me to see this happen to a sport I grew up with and enjoy, there are not many sports where a 5ft 10inch 190lb kid can make a living playing.
So as long as the US fans keep buying tickets, you keep sending your boys down here to play and we will pay em and enjoy watching them play. Have a great day! Shawn

Im not too worried about it either way. As teams like Anaheim, Tampa, Carolina, etc win cups it just increases the following down south. Theres getting to be a heck of a lot of great American kids coming up through the college system down there . In the end it's good for all hockey, and that's what matters.

My point exactly :!: Well now I have to practise to be nice to canadians, the way it looks there is a pretty good chance we are gonna have one at the lodge this summer fishing, does anyone know him he used to play up in your neck of the woods, now he is in managment or somthing his name is Wayne Gretsky. Shawn

Yeah I think you'll find Mr. Gretzky to be a pretty class act.
Thats what I hear, he is coming as a guest of the money man behind the coyotes who comes every year. I am looking forward to meeting him, slaying some salmon, and not talking about hockey  I hope he makes it.

Sure could have fooled me.

I made the first post just to see how defensive ya'll would be and got a good indication of it.

Is it true Mr. Gretsky owes part of his success to the goons (bodyguards) that the teams he played with put on the ice with him?

Wonder who Mrs. Gretsky bet on in the Stanley Cup?
