value of commercial heifers

I know in everyones area values and prices and marketing is all different. What would the value of a open commercial heifer be worth if purchased today? If purchased as a bred heifer in the fall, or if purchased as a pair in the Spring.

if open Heifer is AI sired, if bred by AI and cleaned up with AI Sires?

We usually get a pretty good premium for A'I sired heifers bred back A'I-more than enough to make it worthwhile.
