That word was chosen for a reason like all words in a legal document, MRJ. Not knowing why a certain word was chosen is akin to not reading the fine print. It will always get you in trouble.

It's because the Government and Private builders of databases don't have a clue on how privacy works. Only the UNIX system can do many levels of privacy . We need to protect our name and information infrastructure of our ranchers,just like bankers protect lock boxes.
