The question is, how do we get the information you are giving to the general public? I would agree that what you are doing is great but is it really reaching the audience where it could make a difference in demand?

Contact your state Beef Council, they are loads of materials for whomever wants to get them out.

TV ads, radio commercials, partnerships with Applebys and Quiznos has helped promote beef. I don't have much time here, I will look into my stuff to give you facts and figures and post it on this thread when I get time. CattleWomen try to reach the KIDS, as they are more receptive to what we have to say about beef than their parents. We go into the classrooms every year, these kids learn about all kinds of things about beef and when these kids grow up and have kids of their own they will make their own decisions based on what they learned throughout their public school time that beef is good for you and will purchase it themselves. Not immediate gratification, just a little investment into the future.

Hanta, I took my kids out to McD's to eat and the middle one ordered chicken nuggets. After eating one or two the kids asked me if I ordered fish. I bit into one of the nuggets and quickly spit it out. They had not cooked the nuggets completely.

My kids will never order chicken nuggets again and always get a hamburger.

Its just too fishy what they do to those nuggets.
