Debbie and I took Thursday to Sunday and went to the BC Cattlemen's Association AGM in and went to visit our grandson and his parents on Friday night. Renewed old aquaintences and made new ones. I neglected to take the camera into the meeting so missed out on those photo oportunities.
There was a three hour Ranching for Profit seminar on Saturday afternoon given by Dave Pratt. A draw box was filled with participant's names for the prize of a free RFP shool and $500 expense money.
Yours truly won the draw. :D

Photos of the fixer-upper farm our son bought this past winter.

House, has been completely renovated on the upper floor.

I believe they liked each other.

On the way home we followed this lady until she finally stopped and made it safe to pass. She seemed to have trouble keeping the road in front of her truck.

We also saw some of the province's precious wildlife. They looked to be having a love affair.

I believe you are correct; gramma and grandson seem to like
each other.

Looks like a nice place your son bought. Congratulations to him!!

The bear pictures...very interesting as we never see anything like BEARS around here.

And congratulations for being the winner. When will you take part in
this seminar?

Thanks FH.
The closest to us is Edmonton on Jan. 16-23 2011. That is the one I registered for. The hard part will be convincing the other half of this partnership that she should attend also.

I'll check my schedule to see if i could tend the store while you go to ranching school! Glad ya had a great trip. Looks like the boy has a pretty place. The bears were cool! :D Thanks!

I like them much better when there are crosshairs in the lens.

they would look nice hanging on my wall after you were done

Gc, who is hosting the seminar in Edmonton ?

Great pics, congrats again on the new edition .. :tiphat:

I don't know who the instructor is other than Dave Pratt said it would not be himself. Maybe one look at me and he decided that he didn't want to shovel that much sand in a rat hole.
