We the taxpayer fund our own litigation by these people. Here in Nevada they extorted millions from mining companies. There goal is to push us all off the land. And they get to live on easy street. This is screwed up.

We have been having our own issue with WWS...on our forest grazing allotment since Jan. We got our EIS signed and all set to go with no changes to our grazing permit. We have been a model permittee for years. Then on this past Christmas Eve Ratner met with our Forest Service District Ranger, had our Ranger somehow agree to sign a ton of obsurd non-science based changes to our permit WITHOUT ever contacting the permittee...as stated the forest service is required to do. We heard nothing of this until our amazing conservation district saw a copy of it somehow and contacted us. We have had several meetings with lawyers, state representatives, Wyoming Stockgrowers Association, the governors office, and multiple others regarding these changes. Somehow everyone reads these changes one way and the forest service reads it another. We were told point blank that these changes will be implemented FOREST WIDE BUT we have nothing to worry about!!! We are fighting it. Jody, you public land grazers on your side of the mountains will be effected greatly by this if we don't get this stopped over here. WWS wants us off of here. I don't know what we will do if we can't get this resolved. That's our story in a nutshell. I could go on and on but I have this families 5th generation 4 year old rancher to get dressed and fed!

It is time everyone wrote a letter to there elected officials. And every newspaper. Every western state needs to stand together, cattlemen's assoc, grazing assoc, ATV groups, hunting groups. Somehow we need to all get involved and make a stand as one. Wyo,Utah,Nevada Montana, Kansas, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, California, Oregon, Washington State. It is the only chance we have is to all agree to have the same enemy. Your fight must become OUR FIGHT We as westerner's must stand together, and what better time to start than right now here on this board today.

I've got wws trying to close my winter permit over two little endangered cactus. Fishhook and pincushion cactus. Then on top of that the Grand Canyon trust is trying to close my summer range due to hummocking in meadows and aspen growth. Both complete BS. Every scientific studies and long term trends has us in total compliance with our utilization. But that doesn't matter. These agencies are bending over backwards to please these groups. I'm tired of meetings that go no where and I'm tired of the threats. I for one will be running my cattle.

And here is a opportunity to get started. wws cant be defeated by one person, that is what they want. If we stand together on all fronts we got a good chance if we don't we simple need to tuck tail and run. Life is all about choices, I have made the choice that I can look in the mirror, and am content at who looks back. Its time to stand up and make a good fight that is legal and peaceful. Of 5 post's on this there are four issues. So where do we start.
