To the opinion in this article I would add plainly stated civil
liabilities, background checks and fingerprinting for EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE, legal or
not. It's time we fought back--legally!

The civil liabilities should be something like, "If any employee acts in
a manner against the good of the animals or of the company, costs and
damages of such acts will be their personal responsibility in full. Should any
employee be responsible for creating any sort of imagery, digital, film,
or sound, which is not explicitly requested and approved in writing
beforehand by *insert superior here*, termination shall be immediate and all
damages resulting therefrom shall be sought via a court of law.

The prospective employee has had this explained to them in full, has
read the foregoing and signs below to show their understanding and acceptance
of these conditions."

These ...people...who play the video 'game' of employer smearing need to
bear just as much responsibility for their actions as the employer does
for theirs. If they do not IMMEDIATELY report a problem, they should be
held equally criminally liable for neglecting to do so.
