I was in a jack shirt, and had a pair of my spiderman pajama pants (Birthday present from grandma last year, had to use it sooner or later lol)and a fake deer hat i successfully used as a decoy for a fawn today... cute lil bugger thought i was his daddy.... game warden saw me and dad and was laughing so ahrd, took a pic for the hunters safety classd this year.

Anyways, it worked, and I got close enough to shoot a few of em, missed a buck cause I had snow in my bow cams, and diddnt shoot a fawn or a doe, cause they were either a fawn, ior a doe with little ones.

Whats your wierdest suit?

2 years ago, my son had a basketball game and we were gonna go hunting when we came home. He had a youth tag. He hurt his back at the game and didnt feel like hunting so i grabbed the dog and decided to go pheasant hunting by myself. I looked out the window and a nice doe and a fawn were coming across the stock dam. I told my kid. He was in his underwear and socks laying on a heating pad. He struggled up, went to the bedroom and grabbed the gun, went out on the deck, noticed he grabbed the wrong clip, hobbled back into the room, got the correct clip, went back out on the deck, snow was blowing, deer stops about 80 yards away, he shoots right over the top of it. I was laughing so hard i couldnt hardly see from tears and my gut hurt so bad. Wish i had a camera at the time. He got 2 more shots off as it ran off and never scratched it once.

Greg and two brothers went hunting down by our pasture,From top of hill you can see Gregs other brothers place. Guys seen brother Bob and wife hunting, took binoculars and got a pretty good laugh at sis-in-law wearing red all in one long underware PJ's...

Ain't underwear the chosen dress for hunting :???: The last big buck I shot, a few years back, came about when I was standing in the house in my longjohns drinking coffee looking out the picture window at the deer up the creek as the sun came up- I spotted a big buck about 300 yards south of the house following two does across the hayfield, heading right toward the south end of my corrals...

I jerked on my boots, put on my coat, grabbed my hat and old 250 Savage and snuck down the corral fenceline and waited...He walked out about 50 yards from me and gave me a perfect broadside shot...Only ran about 50 feet after I hit him- I walked over and went to cut his throat...When I reached down to pull my knife out of my pants pocket is when I realized I had forgot to put on my pants and was in my longjohns...

Grandma got quite a chuckle when I came back in to get my pants, license, and knife- but he was a nice 5 point and I was able to drive right up to him, pick him up with the bale truck and gut, load, and haul back to the shop...Worth the teasing I caught....
