Is reportedly downgraded to the lowest quality designation when it crosses the border. :???: Is there a "rest of the story"?

I'm no wheat farmer but I don't see how that works as they are selling it to private companies we don't have the monopoly of the Canadian Wheat board. You would think they would have a grade and price before it crosses the border.

Yeah, it doesn't really make sense. But Tester is going to have Obama bring it up to Trudeau, so Dumb and Dumber will have it covered.

So basically, Canada is doing almost EXACTLY what we do with their Beef? :) When you treat one of your closets allies like a 3rd world country, what do we expect???

We are an honorable member of the 3rd world.. it's something I heard a long time ago and it'd darned true. Yes we have shiney new cell phones and gizmos, but when you get right down to it.. we're a resource based economy with a spineless gov't that does what big brother tells it to do
