"Where Bo goes, wins follow"

reminds me of when Neuhisel took over at Colorado.....big promises from a big asshole, and no one wants to admit they were in favor of him 5 years later....

similar to the Callahan era. you Huskers are so easily misled.....

Bozo will not be bowl bound this year.

Nobody who's ever been around Bo calls him an asshole. His former teammates call him a great leader, coaches he coached under call him a great teacher, and his players will run into brick walls for him. And, as the article points out, he does well whereever he goes.

NU fans weren't excited over Callahan. Most of us were upset at Solich and Co. being fired and then more upset when Gill and Pelini weren't considered. But, we gave Callahan a chance because we had no other choice.

I'm going to save your "Bozo won't go bowling" comment, because you'll be eating it in a few months.

FEAR THE CORN

I WILL give the Huskers and Bo one benefit of the doubt:

After giving up almost 40 points per game last year.

When all the smoke is gone they will have a better record than last year.

At least Callahan left them with an easy goal to attain...................

I see where when Playboy picked their top players and teams- they picked U of Kansas coach Mangino as the "coach of the year" for his turning around a "moribund football program"....
They have them ranked #10 this year, just behind Auburn- Kansas State 22nd- and Nebraska never even made their rankings

in all honesty, I would rather see NU do better than suffer through another year of KU being decent.....

but I still hate NU.

Playboy had better stick to what makes their money, pink skin and not pig skin.

I'm telling you right now without a doubt, the Huskers will end up with a better record than K St, will beat them head up, and will be in a mid bowlgame.

As OT's brother SH would say, "Write it down".

by November 18th, I will be returning from Las Vegas. So I don't know if I will be broke or wealthy.....if it is the later, and money is no object, I will buy your ticket, rent Kola's private jet to get you there, and let you watch your Huskers pay for the drubbin we took last year.....if I am broke, I may call and ask for a loan.....

Jiggsy.....you can go to Lost Wages (or Pahrump) and get all the Oriental massages you want. When Bo and company are through with K State this year, there will be no "happy ending" for the Mildcats!

That sounds great. The only thing that I would ask is that I get to sit right next to you so we can watch the Huskers maul the mildcats, just like they did in the 70s, 80s, 90s, last year,.....

ok you two. list for me please the Husker wins and losses as you see them this fall. three categories. definate wins. definate losses. and 50/50

09/27 Virginia Tech L they will not be awed with Lincoln...Tech by 14

10/04 Missouri L Missou is my pick to win the Big 12 Title and perhaps get a shot at the National title Mizzou by 28

10/11 @ Texas Tech L NU will not stop them in Lubbock. Tech sucks on the road. if this game were in Lincoln, I say Huskers win but I see Tech winning BIG

10/18 @ Iowa State 50/50 these are the sleepers of the North they could upset everyone except Missou in the North....

10/25 Baylor W

11/01 @ Oklahoma L NU loses, but the fans get to enjoy the "glory days circle jerk" because of this great rivalry that was disrupted by the Big 12

11/08 Kansas 50/50 not sure here...KU has some holes to fill. this late in the season, they will either be firing on all cylinders, or collapsing like a house of cards....

11/15 @ Kansas St. 50 /50 Cats are similar to KU, I see a good run or another tough one to watch. good news is the team seems more "jelled" than last year. Freeman is ppicked as a 2009 top draft pick !!
11/28 Colorado L CU has your number....and this Hawkins kid is a lot better than Ganz ever dreamed of being....

Guess we'll just see. I would be happy to point out, however, that your draft pick Freeman couldn't to anything against Cosgrove's Defense. What's he going to do against a Pelini D?
