Where the heck is Katrina?

Well I talked to Katrina on the phone the other evening and she is fine but busy. I would expect her to be back on here one of these days soon.

HI guys and gals........... I'm back kinda.....................
We had an accident with my hubby...... He fell on the step of the combine and skinned his shin..... Mike say that three times.... And got a plant based bacteria infection....... Was in pretty bad shape for several days and we didn't know if we were going to save his leg or not... He was on three differant I.V antibodies and one shut his kidneys down........ He spent elevan days in the hospital and one trip to Omaha to a specialist. He is better, but still has to have blood work every other day........
Over Thanksgiving vacation the boys and I moved in 600 mid square bales and restacked on pellets 36 at a time... It took us two days to do that. I don't care to see another wooden pellet for awhile... I have to say that I have two of the best boys........ They never once complained or quit me....They worked their butts off. Dean handled every pellet and Carter was awesome as the bale stacker. And trust me when I say things always didn't go well. We then weaned the calves and sorted fall calves and took the bulls to pasture.... We havn't had a sick calf or anything yet.

nr....... You are an angel and you do not know how much I appreciated all you did for me and my family. Jigs, same thing only I know you have horns. Roscoe loved the christmas card you sent him, he has something he wants to ask you , but I can't remember it right now...
PPRM, Stretch and Texan Thank You, Thank You, Thank You........ You don't know what it means to me the generousity shown........
I have missed you all and I hope things will get back to normal quickly.
Having my heart and soul so sick has really made me appreciate him in ways I never imagined... I know that just having him be able to talk to me gave me strength to carry on.... Anyways I have finally time to get back to ranchersnet and my computer ranch family........
Love ya guys!!!!!!!!
Katrina

Sure sorry to hear about all troubles you have had. Glad to hear Roscoe is pulling thru and I am sure he is very proud of you and his boys for taking care of business when he wasn't able to.
I bet he will even be willing to take a vacation now and leave the boys in charge.
Wish we were closer so we could give a hand. :-)

Hope things are getter better. I guess you don't have kids anymore Katrina...............you got fine young men. Wishing the best for you all.
Merry Christmas

yes Katrina, those are fine young men.... but I knew that they were good guys when the one said he was interested in KSU for school!!!!!

Katrina,

You've been pretty generous to all of us, no wonder you become part of our thoughts and prayers,

Pat
