Around here, the best education comes through the parochial school systems, seems like. But they have an advantage, they MAKE the parents stay involved! :wink:

Why do people not realize that there are library's and the internet and that there is a lot of info about everything out there and all they need to do is check it out? :???:
I am radical. I think the best way to learn is "hands on" with a mentor. After all, it's the cowboy way.![]()
Just ignore her Greg. By golly I'll bet thats the way you learned. I know it was the way I learned. Just a "passing on of knowledge" from one generation to the next.

'Course, some seem to be better at it than others.

Truthfully, lots of the important stuff I learned in life, I learned from my parents. They are after all, the first and best teachers.
I learned a lot from many older people and am still learning a lot from younger people.
Some of it I wish I hadn't learned tho'! :shock:
