Winter pics

Great pics Young lady :) I'm hoping your doing OK :)

I'm running up to the Stollery every few days,if your back at the UofA maybe we can meet for coffee one day....Look after yourself :)

Thanks, the hoare frost hung around for quite a few days, making for some beautiful scenery around the farm.

I'm hangin' in there, just started classes today, and the day flew by so fast already, I was pretty surprised. And I've been keeping busy studying for my deferred exam I have to take tomorrow...wish me luck.

Mrs. Greg, if we do see each other, you better have a LARGE name tag on ya with "Mrs. Greg from Ranchers" so's I can see who you are.  Let me know when you're around there.

That is a very nice web-page that you have, Karin. The pictures are superb. What really impresses me though, is the fine tribute you wrote about your dad. He was a very admirable man, and you and your brother captured this so well with your story about him. He would be very proud of his two offspring. Your family continues to be in our prayers.

Yes a very good tribute to your father.

I am also very proud of you for taking those pictures of the truck and explaining how easy it is for even someone that in very careful around machinery to have an accident. Lets hope it reminds all of us to take a little more care out there.

Thanks

But, now I've had to take that off because it was a bit too personal for Mom (yeah she saw it, unfortunately). I guess it was just a bit much for her....and now I see why. Oh well. But I appretiate your thoughts on it. Oh well, at least you folks already had a chance to see it.

thanks again.

I understand the feelings from your mother, but do appreciate getting to read that wonderful tribute that you and your brother wrote about your dad. It was very well done.

You may have saved a life somewhere sometime by showing the picture of the driveshaft and set screw. We all need constant reminders on being careful, because agriculture is a very dangerous occupation.

Thanks, Karin.

Its ok sweetie, give your mom time. She'll see that its important to get the "Please work safely" issue out there.

We've had two friends get clothing caught, one in PTO of feed grinder, with Gods help we still have that great friend, another one pulled INTO in a feed grinder after shirt got caught, not so lucky  Guys PLEASE be careful with your clothing around equipment.

Karin...I'll let you know when I'm visiting at the Stollery,we can meet at Tims. You'll recognise me,I'd prob be the only one in there in ropers :D

BIG hug to you young lady, make daddy proud and work your buns off in the U of A

Sad thing was, was that Mom didn't really take it as a "safety warning" thing, she saw it as a sorta "newspaper article" thing. I didn't even think of telling her it was a safety hazard posting....it's still pretty tough, this whole "death of Dad" thing is really gonna change our lives around.

But again, thanks for the complements, I really appretiate them.
