I don't know how much rain we have gotten lately but I had to walk home and get a tractor to pull my truck out last night so you can guess.And I was driving on the field road.We have two things here right now MUD and Grass yee haw..
 
Including the last three days, we have had an inch and a half of rain, and it is sprinkling again. Macon should figure out an emoticon for Wooo Hooo!
 
Glad to hear you guys out West are getting some rain. With Yesterday's total I think we are over 5 inches for the year. This is more than we had all last year. The grass is green and growing what a wonderful sight.

I just wish the excess moisuture east of here could be sent to the dry areas as there is very little crop that will get planted in some areas of Eastern S.D.
 
We got plenty of the mud stuff for now.... :wink: We have gotten 2.50 since friday night. It wouldn't be so bad but it came pretty hard and it cut up a couple roads and blew out some fences in the creek. Nothing that can't be mended and the ponds are full ++ and running over. Good to go for now for sure..... 8)

Been down the road or saw the sign for Grindstone road, but I don't remember which. :D

We ain't all that far apart if that's in your neighborhood. Went to the Ridge on Sunday and meet Dwight Slovek and got my steer hide from him that he tanned. The ol' country really looked good. :)
