I always git a kick outta what people call gravy. We don't call it country gravy...milk gravy.....white gravy.....have even heard it called grease gravy. It's just GRAVY. Unless of course it's a different kind of gravy....that's not made with milk. Then it's brown gravy or red eye gravy.

One of our irrigators years ago used to make it.
Fry any kind of meat in grease,
take out the meat, leave the drippings, pour in cream, and let it get hot.
Now you have slop gravy. (Really, it tastes pretty good...) :wink:
But wow, you would give your doctor a heart attack if you told him.
