You still get it for free?
They want $19 from us for subscription.
It is a good magazine and USED to be free...

yes i get it free, just showed up in the mail box last month and then got my second copy a few days ago, have no idea how they got me on their list.
good luck

i use to get mine for free for the past 2 years now they want to charge me. having a hard time paying it when they send it to my email and i can read thhe whole thing online.

We get at least 30 lbs of free magazines a wk, plus basket fulls of letters with 6 cent postage stamps and free mail from every member of congres,
we need to send the Postal Dep.a few more billions.

Help the Post Office! If you're feeling especially mean, you can print off some naughty pics from the net and fill all those business reply mail postage paid envelopes from folks you don't want to get mail from in the first place! The Scooter Store, AARP, the DNC, insurance companies, direct mail companies, the list is endless and the laughs are priceless as you imagine some twit on the other end opening the envelope and getting a big surprise! And the best part is, these outfits have to pay the postage for them!

Junk mail is the only real continual business the post office has, so why not
return it like loomixguy says and that way the PO gets the postage
both ways????

So FH, Your going to start printing porn to send back in the return envelopes?

I guess the meanest thing I have done this year is...................
aarp keeps sending me junk mail and I have never replied to anything they sent but they just keep it coming so.............yesterday i get some aarp stuff in the mail with my so called membership cards with instructions about how not to bend the envelope blah blah etc..
Postage free envelope to mail back my membership fee, so i cut the 2 cards in half put em in the postage free envelope and on the way into town today to do some bluegrass pickin at a jam i like to attend on Tuesdays I will help the mail folks, by dropping the aarp postage paid back to them.
Hopefully they will get the message and remove me from their mailing list.
good luck

Sounds like a good plan to me, Haymaker. I'll have to remember that when we get their mailings. There is a Conservative alternate to AARP, but I can't
remember who they are. I'm sure I can find it. We use Old Surety Life
out of Oklahoma for our supplement insurance. We've found them to
be excellent and they send out a 'folksy' little newsletter every couple months.
