Hey Katrina...

Do you still have the steak? Blot it off with a paper towel, then take the pic without the flash. That will make it a lot easier to see the marbling. I'd say Choice from what I can see, but might change my mind with a different pic.

I wouldn't grade it.

I would have told the butcher, "When the tenderloin gets small, cut it out for a fillet mignon and make the other side a rib-eye." :wink:
