For a miserable bull, he sure brought a good price!! Weighed 1850 lbs and we got $0.72/lb for him!! It is about darn time that things started looking up!! That is the best price I have heard for a bull this spring/summer. Guess we got enough out of him to pay for the aggravation of having to deal with him.

Sold a bull last fall that weighed 2100 lbs for $0.20/lb. Could have fed that fellow out for that price increase.

The slaughter bull market here has been good also heard of 2400# bull's up in the low 70 cent range.We've got about 10 butcher cows ready to sell so I hope they stay up for a few week's.
