You know people are from the West when they aren't sure where Delaware is.

Now, now, our daughter last year (or the year before, time really doesn't matter out here) memorized all the states and where they belong. She's a whiz at it, and by golly, I learned (again) where all the states are!!! I know where Delaware is!!!   :D

ya know what i love about living where i do?? the fact that when someone asks me how far away someplace is, i tell them in how long is takes me to get there and then i surprise them by telling them how many miles away it is.....deer lodge is 1 1/2 hours away on a good day....2 hours on a bad day....and 125 miles away!!! Yup, not much in the way of traffic around here   traffic in montana is more than a dozen cars within your line of vision onthe interstate!!!!! :D

Hanta,
Isn't that one of the great rewards of having children around- you get to relearn all the things you thought weren't important at the time you were supposed to learn them in school!
And with the grandkids, I even get a third chance :)

I got 80% hows that for an alberta boy? Bet most americans cant do that good with the canadian provinces.

Thank you, Robert,
Your State game was fun. It would have been a lot easier if they'd begun with Texas though! I'll have to send that on to the grandkids.
