Watching that made me hungry enough to think about buying chocolate covered coconut cream eggs- and not wait for Easter to eat 'em.
Come to think of it we could dust off a recipe for them made with cream cheese, confectioner sugar and coconut then dip them in chocolate. Have any of you ever tried that recipe? They're really good. Maybe the grandkids would like doing that when they visit. Any excuse to leave my diet ... :roll: :roll:
