It's not very hard, my dad's done it. Just went down to the county courthouse and filled out a form, they'll search the company name to make sure it's not already taken and you pay a fee, not sure how much, shouldn't be a ton though.

Wow, thanks folks! I shot this picture last July on the Lake my grandparents live on...that WAS soooo fun--Tubin', knee boarding, and wake boarding! Thats my brother wake boarding in the picture, by the end he was really good at it, takes some time to "get it" though. :) Lake fun is the best!! :D
