The most important thing is to protect your water supply. Make sure there is language in the permit to the effect that if anything should happen to your water wells, etc. while they are shooting the project, that they will replace them. Seismic has ruined more water wells than anything else...

I don't know if it will clean the chain lube off the windows or not, but try some rubbing alcohol. I use it to clean windows in the house and in the vehicles. Just put it on a soft cloth or paper towel and wipe the windows. I keep a small spray bottle filled with it in each vehicle. Just...

I have never heard of anyone "selling" the papers. Papers just naturally go with the horse, even if it is sold as a canner. Like you said, for what you are going to use him for, you don't need them. But it would have rubbed me the wrong way, too!
