I think Ryan Byrne is very worthy of mention. One of if not the only Canadian bull fighter to work the NFR and at the ripe old age of 23. He took a horn to the head that just about did him in a few years later but came back to fight again. He saved a lot of Canadian and American cowboy's asses...

I would be interested in both. Some of the best steak i have ever had was at a Braai in S.Africa. Both beef and wild game was excellent and I doubt either was grain fed. I can't remember if the game was Oryx or Kudu but it was excellent. A beautiful country, too bad it is facing so many challenges.

Any tips or advice on how to make your own jerky? Wanting to give it a try but not interested in spending too much on any extra equipment. Thanks.
