The wind hit here around 9:30 but we'd had some rain around 4:30 and it is presently +36 above we were -33 yesterday morning. Got a lot of bare spots showing already along the creek banks...

Any idea how it started? It was only 26 above here today, a person would worry about the darn pumps freezing up going to and from the fires. Guess a person could put some of that rv antifreeze in the tanks, might work. Looks like some decent grass got burned. Too darned early for prairie...
