How do you keep it from frezing hard as a solid brick? Even in alabama I have trouble with frozen pipes with 20 deg nights and 35 deg days.

Flood? Does it ever flood those buildings so close to the creek? In alabama it would flood that place ever time it rained.

What is the tool your daughter is holding in her left hand in the picture titled? "Cutting and collecting the twine takes more time than rolling out the bale." I guess it hase somthing to do with removing hay string but I have never seen one. Please tell me all about it. I might need one.

    You're not in Nebraska anymore

I am sure sorry for y'all. If that was a picture of my place in alabama, my cows would starve to death. I have no way to feed it such conditions. I can't see how y'all do it or how a cow even walks in such conditions. I thank god for Alabama and the fact that I live here.

Picking cotton here boss lots of pictures

It is not very dusty except for the dirt roads. They tell me but the crop is good this year with two plus bales to the acre. A bale is about 540 pounds (I think) of finished ginned cotton. We are picking about 7 modules a day and a module will gin out about 17 to 19 bales. We start at 6:30 AM...

    Fall Photos

I like your cottage a lot. I often wish I could sell my house and move into a cottage just like that. The trouble is that I would have to sell the land too. My house is right in the middle. I may do it anyway if house prices come back up and I can find some land to move to soon.
