3 best thing out of Utah

Best thing out'a Wyoming is the road!   Kiddin' my eastern neighbors. :D Ya forgot good green chillies Jody! We load up on Green River Melons from Veteres every fall. Even bought an angus bull from them down to Salina at the All-Breed Utah Bull sale a few years ago. He was a good bull but got a tad snorty if you was a foot. Ejected me out of an old skunky bush one day when i attempted to evict him and start him for home. No harm done except for some bull snot on my face and tracks on my rib cage. I used to heal quicker back then.

Talking of chilies. I got some peppers off the Bountiful Basket truck
and I think they are Cubanelles (Italian Frying Pepper). They aren't hot
but the seeds are. What should I do with them? What's the best way
to cook them?

Any and all answers appreciated!!

roasted them on your BBQ, put in a paper sack for a few mintues scrap off the skin, and seed , warm up a tortilla add some cheese maybe some sour ceram and roll up the chili and eat. you can stuff them too

I knew you would have a good idea. Thanks, jody. Can't wait to try
them. Is it hard to scrap off the skin?
