Hi all,
Well, CA and Kola would be so very proud of me! I'm headed out this fine Friday night with my buddy and his dad to camp for a weekend of frigid pheasant flushing. With the new sound system in his truck, we'll be cranking Chris LeDoux all the way. Not supposed to get above 30ºF all week, and it didn't even break 15 here yesterday. But, good friends, good times, and good pictures are sure to come of this weekend. If we actually kill something, that'll just be a bonus. We all have general small game licenses, so we'll be looking for quail, rabbits, and coyotes as well. I hope we don't encounter any canines close enough to kill with a 20 gauge, but that #2 1 ounce steel shot should do the job. Anyhow, just an FYI that I'm still alive and not froze to a hydrant somewhere. Keep your iron in the fire. MYT
