We rented and watched tonight (I don't do movie theaters and movie crowds
) what I think is one of the best stories I've heard told in a long time. The Movie is "The Blind Side". It's a true story about a young man and a mother's love and football. Unbeliveably great! I couldn't stand Tim McGraw but he's in it and is wonderful. I give TWO big thumbs up from the desert. Maybe a lot of ya'll have already saw it. What did ya think of it? Anyway, if you'll trust the judgement of a goat-raising, bull-clipping, post-hole digging, smart alec who has the IQ of a turnip, go rent this movie! I plan to own a copy asap! I'll go so far as to put it up there with the documentary on Seabiscut, Lonesome Dove, Open Range, Tombstone and most any hunting flick. "We Are Marshall" is up there for me too. And "Miracle"!
