At 10AM this morning they did open I-90 between Sturgis and EAFB. I still don't want to be on the road. It would be a couple hours before I could dig myself out of the yard anyway.

just came it from feeding and it sure isn't getting any better out there. visablity is about an arms length past the loader. some pretty impressive drifts developed over night. yet on the flats there isn't enough snow to cover the frozen cow pies. there will darn sure be some digging out around the hay stacks tomorrow when the storm moves on.

It's 10F here at noon. It's turned out to be a fairly nice day. Got a late start to chores but took the calves out to graze and get their pellets on the grass. They enjoyed getting out of the feed lot as they passed the truck on the run then turned around and came back for pellets. The wind has gone down since this morning.

Hang in there guys, I'm sending you better weather! The sun is shining this morning, and it has warmed up to 18 degrees!!! :D This storm wasn't very bad here, but it looks like it has gotten very nasty north and east of here. Stay safe, and keep us all updated!

34F and a bright sunny day here. i believe I'll keep it here for a few days. :P

Got some pictures from a cousin in S Central N Dak today, I sure don't envy you folks in the storms path. :(

it seems to be lettin' a little bit. i went out right before dark to do some feeding and visibility was about 1/2 mile. still in a blizzard warning until 11 pm. sounds like tomorrow will be sunny and in the 20's.
