At the horse sale, February 18, 2009

Not that I get a vote, but I like Stick. Or how about:

1. Tag

2. SBT (sale barn tag)

3. SG (super glue)

4. Coyote (yeah, that probably wouldn't be good under the circumstances)

5. Eagle Eye(cause I didn't even see the tag until it was pointed out)

6. Elmer (glue)

7. Gorilla (glue)

8. Fish (glue that had it's first patent in 1750 in Great Britain, of course made from fish)

9. cyanoacrylate (I don't know how to pronounce it, but its what makes up super glue or krazy glue)

10. Hermoso (Handsome in spanish for male animals)

Ok, I am really reaching now. Good luck with the new horse. Looks like a keeper.

Soap, does that sales barn have heat in it,looks like everyone in bundled up pretty good in there. My barns crank the heat so high it's hard to seat in there sometimes.

Those are radiant tube heaters near the ceiling. If it's anything like the sale barns around here it's cold down in the ring and cooking up top. :-)

that really makes a guy appreciate his honda's that still cut cattle out the same as they did 20 years ago and have had 2 sets of shoes and very little grainenol.

What do you do with old wore out Hondas? Is there a slaughter plant, or do you have to euthanize them and dig a hole to bury them in?

Oh c'mon now Soap, they are worth 20 cents a pound for scrap! If the ground here wasn't so terrible to take a good horse into I know mine would get used a lot less.

Whew, glad you told me that. Now I know my Arctic cats have salvage value. :D
I heard that scrap cars in Vancouver (shipping point to China) have gone from $200 to $20 since last September.

Apologies for hijacking Soapweed.
