Bryce Poland of Poland Simmentals and long time headrsman of Shawest Farms has passed away on January 20,2010 at the age of 75.
Services for Bryce (auger) will be held on March 3, 2010 at 1:00 pm. In the hamlet of Sherwood Park, Alberta Canada at the Sherwood Park United church. 20 Fir Street.

Sorry to hear about Auger...my husband used to help him on a lot of show days..he certainly knew cattle and was a legend in the Simmental barn

May I offer my condolences. I first met Bryce in the early 70's.....spent a week with him delivering a load of PB pairs to Louada and touring Ontario. Believe me there never was a dull moment! Used to run into him at Agribition and have a quick visit but I haven't seen him for years. Bryce was certainly a character and his memory will live on for years in the PB cattle circles!
