Looks pretty green in your neck of the woods as well. Are some of those panels ones that stand by themselves? How do you like them?

BRG.....you got my brand only it's a little mixed up.....put a -L+ on the left hip and you'll have it right!! Never realized it could be so easy to get into the Red Angus business!

Great pictures, there is nothing better than branding with friends and family members, I love the pcture of your son having a root beer, I have a grand son that looks to be about the same age and looks just the same, Please take no criticism in this, but please check the heavy panel that is behind your son, have seen a bad deal from a set up just like this, again I am not criticizing anyone, I know how busy you are this time of year!! 101

Good eye. that panel looks to be tied only at one end. That could disastrous.

Ty saw a bad wreck at a rodeo last weekend-a kid was watching the bull riding when a bull hit the panel he was behind leaving the arena-it popped up and the rounded foot part came down and pinned him by his chest with the bull camped on him. The bull fighter got him off him in a manner of seconds and he was ok. Looks like you got a good little cowboy coming up!

Your boy looks like he'll make a top hand.

Remember you'll buy and sell lots of bulls and cows in a lifetime but only a couple of chances to raise a kid!

Ya you are right. Not sure if that one was tied down or not. A guy should be more careful.

Ya they stand by themselves. We purchased some continuance fence and my brother put leg stands under them. We like them quite well. I am thinking we need to build some removable windbreak that we can attach to them so we have some portable windbreak.

Looking good in your part of the world BRG.

You OK today after all that desk sitting?? :P

Don't worry about me buddy :) We had more ropers than workers, so we all had to spend time on the ground.
