In case you missed the article in National Geographic, this is a must read for producers of beef.
We need to know what is being written 'out there.' This article was brought to my attention and I am sharing it here. Again this is my personal opinion that it is worth the time to read if nothing else so you know what is being published about our industry. The other thing is The National Geographic isn't usually considered to be a blog atmosphere or second class publication even though they are environmentally oriented. At the very least it's something to think about.
