Lots of shopping & restaurant choices in th Ft. Collins area, and the outlet joints are just on south on I-25. Big azz sheep feedlot just east of Ft. Collins on Hwy 14 near Ault. Colorado State University is there at Ft. Collins. New mall and stuff on the east side of 25 at Loveland, and Hooters is right on the west side of 25. Kinda hard to get lost there. When we go, we generally just cruise until we see something interesting, and then stop in. We generally don't drive for very long when we do that.

Oh! You need to check out the Waffle House on Mulberry at Ft. Collins. Mulberry is also Hwy 14. It's right next to the Super 8 motel. The only other one I know of in the area is the Wa Ho in Kansas City. Chocolate chip pancakes rock at the Wa Ho!

There are some great museums, one at the state capitol complex. Everything in Cheyenne is pretty easy to find, even for those of us 'city driving challenged' folks. We have been there mostly during Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo, and my guess is that's about the only time there is a lot of traffic.

Not real sure what is open during fall/winter season.

You will find some of the lowest gas prices there.

Have fun!
