27 rounds off 5 acres? That's pretty fantastic! What size are the rounds and what are ya'll getting for them? Good job!

And somethin I've noticed when I save pictures/reduce them for the web. The green ain't as green as it is in the original pictures. This field has been fertilized, and in the original picture it's alot darker green than it shows up in the saved for web version. Wonder why that is?

From Huntsville to College Station on 30 is one of the longest drives there is ain it......don't know why it seems to take forever on that road.

Yes it is. It is worst when you get behind famer Joe and his wife driving 30 mph. I got my first speeding ticket going 85 on 30 heading to Co-op in Bryan.

Yeah but you know what. We had a "farmer Joe and his wife" here. He'd do anywhere from 15 mph to maybe 30 mph. But the way I figure it....he's been around a whole lot longer than me. Worked a whole lot harder than me. So he has a right to go however fast or slow he wants in his old age. (Just keep your eye peeled for the opening where you can pass and wave with a smile  )

Planted or Sprigged? There are no viable "Coastal Bermuda" seed.

With proper fertilization and adequate water, "Coastal" should be cut every 30 days.

I got 6 cuttings one year but was lucky with rain at the right time.

You are right about Coastal Bermuda not being established thru seed, they planted sprigs.....
