Only money out of my pocket was for the Lawyer to write up a lease. I would have done a lot of thing differently but the deal was the outfit that built it has to maintain it and it was his design. I get to use it when they are not which should be like 349 days a year. They hung gates yesterday so I'll get more pictures. Big deal is when it really wet I have a hard time getting a semi into my corrals. So this will work for the problem. Most the money they spent was on gravel fill.

Out of curiosity how expensive is guard rail? I would love to have some pens made from that.
