Hi folks,
I took a little trip about 10 days ago and wondered if I was close to anyone.
I left here and got on I25 north to Cheyenne, then to Torrington east to Mitchell NE then north to visit a good friend south of Harrison. Then from there I wandered up to Bismarck ND. Spent a couple nights there south of Bismarck. Loaded my horse and went south thru SD on 281 all the way to Grand Island NE. Got as far as Salina KS the first night and spent it at the stockyards there, a friend there lined me up to throw out the horse in a pen overnight. From there 81 south to I135 and to I35 to Dallas TX, then on east to Terrel TX.
Talk about weather changes. It was mid 70's here in NM when I left on Saturday evening. Was 34 on Tuesday the 19th early am when I left Bismarck ND. But by the time I had reached Plankinton SD it was 99 and windy and humid.
