Does the R-Calf injunction affect any other livestock ???

Does anyone know if this injunction affects other livestock such as sheep, goats, bison, etc. that were to be included in the March 7th border opening? WHY were they even included in the first place? IMHO I think it was more opportunistic trade restrictions disguised as health worries. Any comments? :???:

The injunction was to stop the ruling from taking effect so I take it as everything that was included in the ruling is stopped
