It was 18 F here this AM.

  Tough on the pumpkins!

So my wife wants to know - would you classify that as a late frost or an early frost?

Just an average day. It is 0 C this morning. We have an average of 8 frost free days per year. They don't come in a row either.

About 53 here this morning-- which was about perfect as we were sorting and moving some cows to the Community Pasture.. The grandson, his buddy, and I were up at 6 AM- out the door at 7-- and we needed coats...15-20 mph wind felt kind of chilly-- but sure made working cows nicer...
And trailing them to the pasture they would string out and take off on a dead trot at times knowing they were going to greener grass... Took us until after 1PM moving them- and I don't think it got above 70... :D

Its pretty chilly here this morning and I've got a jug of water and a pick ax.Damn beavers Last year I got pretty Ill tearing it out was about 90 with high humidity I've been waiting for a day like this.

Yesterday morning at 5am it was 80°, with about 200% humidity. Got up to around 108°. As I type this right before 10am Sunday, it's 78°, it got down to 68° last night. Thankfully not as humid.

how big a watercourse? Friends had a culvert under a road you could unplug every morning. lots of stuff was tried. finally, stuck a piece of perforated pipe into it, with most left out. they couldn't figure that out.
