Good article about the Future of Commodity Markets

Everyone should read this article that was put out by the Wall Street Journal. I have been saying this now for the last couple years. If it is right, I think the days of the typical price cylces we are all used to are in the days of the past and true supply and demand will take over.

The Chinese eat more meat than we realize but not enough beef. They will get that figured out though.
