Good Sunday Evenin'

I guess I muffed it . I went to the Pikes Peak Cattlemen's annual meeting last night, and came home with a sinus infection . Never even gave this post a thought until I saw my name on the board. Teachers used to write my name on the board a lot :roll: I skipped church this AM because of my stuffy head, and didn't think about it being Sunday. I try to be dependable, but sometimes I fail. Isn't God amazing the way He never fails? When the Bible says "God is faithful", that is a mouthful. He is never under the weather, He never spaces us out, never slumbers or sleeps. God never uses the embarrassed icon. Sorry for those of you that like to read this, but it just proves that your faith needs to be in Him, not in man. Have your selves a good Sunday evenin', whats left of it.

I did a similar thing a while back. I had started the church heat shortly after noon for the 6:30 Saturday evening service. Followed a famiiar routine. I turned on the church heat, went to the PO and got my mail, came home, looked over mail, had dinner and decided to take a nap about 3PM.

I should have set my alarm clock because the next thing I knew I woke up at 7PM and had missed church. Folks wondered where I was, but they got along just fine without me.

i also missed the "good Sunday morn"message and look forward to it every week.hope yur feeling better.believe it or not,but the drs at the ear,nose and throat specialist advised us to rinse the sinuses out with a salt water solution.not a pleasant experience,but it works.prayers are sent!

Had that sinus infection twice, the second time I stayed on antibiotics till they were all gone. :wink: The salt-water snorkle works good also.
