I just rolled out of the sack, came (staggered) into the office, turned on the light, rubbed my squinted eyes, and began this project. When the light came on in this room, the darkness was gone. If I had needed to shovel all the dark out before I brought in the light, I would be real late getting this post done. Christ describes himself as light. So often we act as though we must do something with the darkness in our lives so that the light may come in. How foolish is that? The Light of the world is Jesus, and it is as simple as accepting Him. Your life will change afterward. I see people trying to change their lives first, or trying to change someone else's. Only the Lord can do that, and He does it from the inside working out. Have yourselves a good Sunday mornin' and a fine rest of the week.

We all need to remember that there is no such thing as "dark". Dark is just the absence of light. If we keep Christ centered in our lives, we'll always have light to see. What's amazing to me is how when I rely on my faith and walk to the edge of the light, the light then expands to guide my feet along the trail that started in darkness. Just my shallow thoughts added to Shortgrass's which are much appreciated! (Shortgrass is always appreciated!!!) :D

Along those lines............after youth group tonight, one of the 16 year old young men wanted to know if I could stay and talk, end of story he asked Christ into his heart!!!!!!!! I'm excited, could ya' tell?
