I had a bunch of large power poles lying around here that my father-in-law had given to him. I had been thinking about what to do with what was left of them for about a year, since I finished the big loafing shed. Well this week I set a couple of sets of 10 foot posts 18 inches apart and layed the poles between them for a windbreak. What I had pictured in my mind for the last year has become a reality. I think that God will see some raw materiel in us, and go to work to make us become something useful to Him. I have seen some pretty amazing people, and overlooked their potential because I don't see them as God sees them. I see them as a log on the ground, and not as to what they could become. God is not done working on us until He turns us over to the undertaker. Have a good Sunday mornin' and see what He does in your life and lives around you this week.

Thanks Shortgrass. Some days I'm about as useful as a log on the ground. Just something to trip over.

Fortunately God doesn't see me or anyone else that way. Like you did with those broken power poles, God can make us into something useful to serve His purpose, if we only let Him.
