You and I apparently have conflicting opinions on what is a "damn good horse" :shock:

Were you rattlin' or flashing the beer can at him to get a rise out of him?

If you were....first off BAD BAD....and if that was the case, sounds as if you got what you were aiming for.

Horse=1

I think he just told you he's tired of playin'!!!! :lol: :lol: :!: :!:

My old dearly departed Appy would never waste a beer like that...he'd wrap those old lips around the can, toss his head back and swig a cold one down in a flash!!!

Well we run pretty much anything to tell ya the truth bramer cross with just about everything , got some herford , even have some romanola but they are the shittiest cows i have ever had the pleasure of taking care of . but the bramer cross cows they pretty much take care of themselves they are good ole cows , and bull we have some brangus , limousine bulls , some full blodded bramer bulls , so we have a little of everything , most all our cows here are big high horned cows and raise good calves .

I had thought your country looked more like here until I saw these pics. Now I've decided it looks more like where I grew up. :nod:

We also had a "Penny" when I was a teenager. She raised a nice looking filly for my dad, before he hauled her to town. She taught us that just because a horse is good at rodeo, doesn't neccessarily mean they'll be good with cattle............. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yeah my summer country looks alot like yours ranchy . Yeah ole penny she is a good mare damn good in the boulders , you can rope anything on her and she will hold the rope no matter how big and how close to the ground she has got to get to hold them , she has alot of heart a good head and iron for feet . She is a one man horse tho thats for sure she dont like no one but me wont let no one else catch her shoe her or ride her so you couldnt ask for a better horse . And whne she comes in you cant tell she is just like a gelding but maybe a little more tuff .

Is that Penny you're on in the picture w/ your sig line?

Ever notice she's stickin' out her tongue? :lol:

That mare is beautiful from her head to the tip of her tail .I've had a couple of geldings like her and loved them to death.
It's great to have a horse for thirty years that no-one but yourself has ever saddled and rode. :D :D :D :D
