Now I was invited to celebrate her birthday,
This guy does it right as far as awards, for a woman's man,
Her hubby knows how to do it all,

He cooked us up some Filet Mignons
Wrapped up in bacon, spiced just right
Some fruit salad from the garden,
I'm a tellin' you, this was some big night.
A big baked potato topped with chives
That had just been picked,
Me, I am thinking,
I was just visited by old Saint Nick!
Pistacchio pie was then laid,
With whipped cream upon my plate.
I now know I'm in Heaven,
God take me now, I know I just can't wait.
Instead of whiskey or beer being poured
Into a shot or into a mug,
This guy poured Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or Zinfandel,
Did not matter to me, I did not know the terms,
Probably just as well.
