Implement sheds, any advice?

I'm planning to construct a serious implement shed at the ranch. And honestly, while my equipment needs shelter from the searing sun we get down here, the primary function of the place will be to store bales of bermuda.

A double decker may be the ticket with the majority of the bales stored overhead and equipment and shop below.

Any advice?

My advice would be two buildings, dry hay and welders don't mix very well.

Excellent point.....not to mention all sorts of other sources of fire.

Not to mention keeping vermin out of the shop would be easier.
