It's raining <<happy dance>>

-10 on top of the mountain this morning. There was snow in several places in BC yesterday. At least the frozen vegetables the wife has in the garden are getting the growing season they are accustomed to. :shock:

Ya have to look at the bright side Kola, no hurricanes, no tornados, no snakes, no street people.
We only have snow and cold, grizzlies and wolves, mosquitos and burocrats. :D

We don't have ' streets' nor street lights out here!!!!

Boy- Kola- if you get any extra send it my way....Definitely saw today why they call this the Great American Desert...Temp last night got down to 40 degrees- got to 90 this afternoon :shock: - and the country is burning up...

Water holes are mostly dry- springs just trickling -I had to open the gates to the underpass under the highway to turn the cows into the creek pasture and water holes...Sounds like some are hauling water already...One fella I talked to said that if it don't rain in a week or so- he'll sell everything as he can't afford the high cost of fuel hauling water ... :(

I talked to a neighbor that seeded about 2 weeks after mine- and he said the wheat is done- zilch- nothing worth combining...Mines looking pretty sorry, altho there is still hope...

Tomorrow I need to check the water holes/springs on the pasture we were hoping to move some cows to next week- that area got a couple rains I missed, so hopefully there is water there (praying icon)....
 
Ohhh...just wait cause as soon as I cross the Mississippi in a few weeks it will POUR!
