Way to go Ty!!!
And, thank you NR for dedicating so much time to your kids. When you're old and feeble...they'll take good care of you instead just dumping you in a dark, cold corner of a bad nursing home! :lol2:
That picture of the three boys and their road kill prize, just made me giggle. I get such a kick out of high aged boys...they are generally such cards.
My favorite high school aged kids story took place at our local high school rodeo a couple years ago....
There were three older girls (like Jr., Sr. age) and a younger high school aged boy, I'd say a freshman...these girls were just heckling this poor  boy! He was having a growth spurt...sort of gangly, and uncoordinated looking. Both his hands and feet were huge compared to the rest of his body, and it appeared he was pretty long legged and armed.
After quite a bit of heckling on how big his feet were, how he was walking on skis, etc., the boy finally says..."You know what they say about guys with big feet?!?" At this point in time, he's pretty proud of himself...and is kinda puffed up a like a prairie chicken.
One of the older girls shoots right back, "Yeah, they wear bigger boots!" Poor kid...that ol' gal knocked the wind right outta his sails!
I was just quietly howling.
I still chuckling when thinking about that.... :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:
Again, great job Ty, and thanks for sharing the photos Dad.
Cheers---
TTB
