Mantracker My episode.

They did film a couple of episodes I think around Big Bear Califonia. They are trying to sell the show into the US and figured they should shoot a couple down south to appeal to the US market. Maybe I could put a good word in for you Haymaker. :-)
In the magazine article he said he misses the Search and Rescue team work that he did before starting the show.

Dang.......ManTracker is a hottie!!!!

The picture I posted was not Mantracker. It's a picture of the camera man that runs on foot behind Mantracker and the sidekick who are on horses, filming their every move.
He is quite a hottie in his own right, he kept us laughing for days.

Hey Tam Maybe you could do an episode too? :D Let the men do the cookin and bakin for a day or two huh? :P

BMR...are you or your son booked for any more episodes?

No we haven't heard anything about that. The show shot down here were well received. I think because it was more open ground and scenery and not just running in the bush but they have a lot of Canada to showcase. The producer really liked this area. He was always say "It's so Butch Cassidy" :-)

BMR could do some pretty good bar-b-queing but I'm not sure how his pies would turn out so I guess I'll have to pass on sidekicking for now. Besides if we caught the prey in the first hour of a 30 hour chase it wouldn't make much of a show now would it.

You are more than likely right tam...Hell if a good lookin woman was chasin me i would give up pretty fast too.. :P

BMR-I finally got to watch both episodes, pretty neat 8) But I was probably alittle like ole Greg....did alot of critiquing(sp?) of the Mantracker.......he seemed to rely on you & your boy for decisions more than he made on his own
one thing tho, bet those camera men were downright whipped...unless they were on ATV's....................

The cameramen run the whole trip. The only vehicle used was my daughter drove our pathfinder with the exec, producer so he could get the "Big" shots with his $60,000 camera and support if the cameramen running with the prey needed fresh camera batteries. We carried fresh tape and batteries for your cameraman to lighten his load. Very seldom did we have to wait for Shifty, sometimes we would let him get ahead or if we took off in a hurry we would wait a bit for him to catch up but most of our tracking was done at a walk or maybe a trot. It was a hunt more then a race.
