Memory Foam

I REALLY want a Memory foam mattress for our bed. I'm thoroughly convinced the mattress we are now sleepin on is made out of Forgetful foam.
I have a real hard mattress with a memory foam over the top of that. My back has got better every year since we got it. Wouldn't trade it for a speckled pup.

Uhhh nothing remotely remote about our bed. Hmmmm maybe I dont' have a memory foam. Ours is some sort of foam about an inch or two thick that sinks in where your heavy spots are and doesn't where you hardly touch it.

LOL I meant the remote on Jinglebobs bed.

I've seen the memory foam mattress topper things at stores, and they feel really soft. They are only a couple inches thick. I don't know if that would be enuff tho. I was in a store the other day that had a bed in there that the whole mattress was memory foam. Mr Lilly thought I'd found a new home.....didnt think he was gonna get me outta there. I told him...just leave me here n come back in a week...let me try this thang out. LOL

Wooops sorry. We had a soft mattress and it was killing me to sleep in the thing. We got the new one and the memory foam at the same time. I don't know which one helped but I sure sleep better.

We went from a Waterbed (fullmotion) to this mattress a few years ago. The waterbed was killin me, I'd wake up and not hardly be able to move for a lil while. Now I wake up and my shoulder is killin me. It's like once I go to sleep I don't move.

Lilly...I was having the same problam my back was always sore when I got up. Greg bought a good memory foam topper,I believe its about two inches thick, put it on top of the older mattress...I love it.You really don't need anything thicher then that....Canadian it was around $200

 you mean you haven't seen his commercials on TV about his bed??? I thought everone had seen that

That's almost believable!

We got the Tempra-pedic bed about a year ago. It's really great.

We used the topper first, and Lilly I think you can get one from
a place called 'NEXT TEN' and they are much cheaper than
$178. We have now put the toper one of the extra beds.

Amazing that when you are young, you can sleep on anything.

I remember our first bed wasn't much. We were just glad to get in it.

Heck, after we were married we even slept outside on the lawn.
One of the dogs would bring us an egg every morning. She
wouldn't break it, just lay it down
right beside us!!!

Jersey,
Memory foam is fantastic for sleeping on . Please note the operative word is sleeping. For other activities they put a horrible strain on the wrists, knees etc. Trust me having the wrists bent back at a 90 degree angle for extended periods of time is not pleasant. Kind of a mood killer Of course this is just something I have heard about , rumors, gossip stuff like that  (of course you all were thinking it, I was just the only one brave enough to give the poor woman all the important facts) :)

Is the remote that controlls your side of the bed attached or not.....if not....LOL I'd forget where I put the dern thang.
The remote in attached, one on each side. The higher priced ones have numbers so you can make it the same or change it and always set it different if you want. We set ours and pretty much leave it.

We do have an electric mattress pad for the winter, for warmth. I hardly ever use it. Wife keeps a fan blowing at night (menopause is a bench! :x ) so some nights it gets pretty cool in our bedroom.

Only problem I have with it, is that they want you to buy this stand, like a waterbed is on and they charge a lot for it, so we had a captains bed built to set it on, and told them we didn't need it.

I was always afraid that memory foam would be so hot in the summer.
